Mr. Konstantin Petkovski has been working for the Business Excellence & Quality department of Philips Innovation Services during the second half of 2017. Due to absence of two of our regular quality managers and the upcoming re-certification for ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, the department was in urgent need of immediate support. Mr. Petkovski, with his broad experiences and insights in the various quality and regulatory systems, was able to step in as full team member from day one. Operational issues were taken over without any significant loss of time. Connection with the operational divisions was quickly established and Mr. Petkovski was well integrated in the team within a short time frame. Passing of the various audits and the further deployment of new processes in the organization would not have been possible without the great contribution of Mr. Konstantin Petkovski.
Next to being a valuable team member, he has a broad knowledge in Quality and Regulatory and is able to make a practical translation into the day-to-day operations of a business.

Konstantin is de afgelopen 4 maanden als Quality Officer werkzaam geweest bij Reference Standard Management Group van de BU API van MSD in Oss. Konstantin heeft vanuit de Lean Six Sigma gedachte vooral de Lean visie op de processen losgelaten en met de medewerkers en mij als manager de fundering opgezet om van taakgericht naar meer klant/resultaat gericht te werken.
Dit vooral vanuit zijn gepassioneerde drive om de mens, als belangrijkste factor in het proces, uit te dagen. Uit te dagen om ieder zijn/haar verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en elkaar in een open atmosfeer aan te spreken, te overleggen, brainstormen.
In deze relatief korte periode zijn grote stappen gezet in het veranderproces van procesgericht werken als in de mindset bij de mensen. Zoals ik Konstantin heb mogen leren kennen is hij erg wijs, gedreven, creatief, verantwoordelijk en een inspirerende en prettige man om mee samen te werken.

Konstantin Petkovski is een QA manager die het ruime scale aan QA methodieken beheerst en kan toepassen. Door eigen doorzettingsvermogen heeft hij het vak geleerd op verschillende lagen in organisaties. Hij is positief, rustig en bereid de handen uit de mouwen te steken. De ervaring op QA vlak die hij meebrengt kan zeer waardevol zijn voor organisaties. Binnen FC locatie Leeuwarden heeft hij de 1ste aanzet gegeven aan een breed kwaliteitsprogramma. Konstantin heeft een onderzoek verricht naar de achterliggende oorzaak van het niet op niveau hebben van het huidige kwaliteitssysteem. Daaruit is voortgekomen dat vooral aan draagvlak van kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid -vanuit visie en verbinding- gewerkt dient te worden voordat inhoudelijk met het Q programma gestart kan gaan worden. Dit wordt nu ook als zodanig uitgevoerd.
Voorts heeft Konstantin een proces neergezet om de efficiency van het kwaliteitssysteem te verhogen door de eisen vanuit diverse standaarden in één geheel te integreren.

RPC Bebo NL
Konstantin werkte voor mij in 2010/2011, de tijd dat ik General Manager/algemeen directeur was bij RPC Bebo NL. Hij was de drijvende kracht achter het herinrichten van het kwaliteitsbeheersysteem voor de vestiging Beuningen, nadat de vestiging in Goor gesloten was. Omdat Goor tot die tijd de hoofdvestiging was moest er nogal e.e.a. gebeuren. Konstantin heeft dat voortvarend gedaan. Hij heeft het hele Management Team zover gebracht alle bedrijfsprocessen nog eens kritisch te bekijken en daar waar mogelijk te verbeteren en te vereenvoudigen. Hij heeft het systeem voorbereid voor een complete her-certificering van de BRC IoP en de ISO 9001:2008 standaarden, dat inmiddels succesvol is verlopen. Konstantin is een gemotiveerde professional met veel kennis van zaken. Ik kan hem van harte aanbevelen.

In the year 2003 I have worked with Konstantin Petkovski on the definition of a Total Quality Management Program for Stork Electronics, a high-tech electronics company operating in a highly competitive environment.
During this period of close cooperation Konstantin Petkovski has shown to be a professional quality expert determined to achieve top-level results. He is a strong driver, and has extensive knowledge on quality programs (EFQM, QFD, FMEA, 6-Sigma, SPC, TQM,...).
